Dinner from a kitchen down the road.
The kitchen writes its own menu and picks its own prices. We do not touch either. What you get is the fee, the minimum and the health certificate on screen before you commit, then the kitchen and the courier in real time, then one tap on the wallet.
From menu to door
Pick a restaurant
Filter by cuisine, free delivery, under 30 minutes or top rated. Fees and minimums are on the card, not hidden at checkout.
Build the order
Add dishes with their options. The basket shows the total and the wallet balance side by side.
Pay from the wallet
One tap, no card details each time, no cash for the courier to carry.
Follow it out
Placed, accepted, preparing, out for delivery, delivered — and the courier on a live map once the food is on the bike.
Everything that decides the order, above the menu
The fee, the minimum, the cooking window and the health certificate are on screen before you scroll a single dish. If you would rather eat in, the same page calls a taxi to the door.
- Photographs and prices come from the kitchen, not from us
- The certified badge disappears the day a certificate lapses
- One tap on the wallet at the end, no card details re-typed
What makes it different
Certificates in the open
The health certificate is on the restaurant card. If it lapses, the restaurant stops appearing until it is renewed.
Fees you see first
Delivery fee and minimum basket are shown before you open the menu, per restaurant and per zone.
A real map, not a spinner
Once your courier collects the food you can watch the route to your door and see the minutes left.
Book a table too
The same page that takes your delivery order can reserve a table for tonight.
Every receipt kept
Orders, refunds and tips live in the wallet, so a disputed charge takes one tap to raise.
Reorder in two taps
Your last orders sit at the top of the Food tab, with the same options you chose last time.
If the food never comes
Open a dispute from the order and pick "not received". Your payment is held rather than settled while the case runs, and a decided refund goes back to your wallet in minutes.
How trust worksThe window runs from the order, and safety reports have no deadline at all.
Both sides are heard before a decision, with the receipt and the status trail attached automatically.
A late or lost delivery is settled by us, not argued between you and the kitchen.
Questions
The rest is in support, where the answers for people ordering sit apart from the ones for restaurants.
Is there a delivery fee?
It depends on the restaurant and your zone, and it is shown on the restaurant card before you open the menu. Some places run free delivery over a minimum basket; those carry a Free badge.
Can I pay with cash?
No. Everything is paid from your prepaid Afër wallet, which is why couriers never carry money. Top up by card, then pay in one tap.
What if an item is missing?
Report it from the order. Missing items are refunded to the wallet, usually the same day, without a call.
Do you deliver from every restaurant?
Only from restaurants that registered and passed the document check for their country, including the food hygiene certificate where one is required.
Hungry now?
Download Afër, verify your phone, and the wallet is ready before the first order.
